(which are currently required by law) to accompany every purchase of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

We have teamed up with STAT PADS, LLC to offer this service to you so that you may fully validate your prescription and to insure that your AED is always ready for use.

Once you have received your AED order, AED Now! will have already contacted STAT PADS and your prescription form will be sent by them directly.
